How do I sign up for these text messages?

All you have to do is text “wagon” to 31996. (Up to 5 messages a month, message and data rates may apply, and you can always text HELP for help & STOP to cancel.) When you opt-in to the service, we will send you an SMS message to confirm your signup.

If at any time you forget what keywords are supported, just text HELP to 31996. After you send the SMS message HELP to us, we will respond with instructions on how to use our service as well as how to unsubscribe.

How do I opt out of these text messages?

You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Just text STOP to 31996. After you send the SMS message STOP to us, we will send you an SMS message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. If you want to join again, just sign up as you did the first time and we will start sending SMS messages to you again.

Will I be charged for the text messages I receive?

Our organization will never charge you for the text messages you receive however standard message and data rates may apply for any messages sent to you from us and to us from you. You will receive up to 5 messages per month. If you have any questions about your text plan or data plan, it is best to contact your wireless provider. How to Enter:

a. By Text Message: Entrants may use their mobile phone to text the code identified on the specific stores point-of-sale advertisement (“WAGON”) to 31996 and follow instructions to be entered into the Promotion. Those participating by text message must have a mobile phone with capabilities to text message. Participants entering in the Wagon Giveaway via text message may incur a data and/or text message charge from their wireless provider. Participants are responsible for any such wireless charge. Limit one person per text entry per day. No purchase necessary. There is no entry fee.

How to Win:

a. Potential winners will be randomly chosen with one winner selected per each participating Cruizers store within 7 days of the end of the entry period. Cruizers will contact potential winners by text message please provide a legitimate number. Cruizers will contact potential winners to confirm that they are residents of the United States and are older than 18, and to provide an address for the prize to be delivered. Potential winners need to respond within 2 days or their entry will be forfeited and a new winner will be selected in their place by the same methods as stated above. In the event that there are no valid entries, no winner will be selected.

What You Win:

a. Cruizers will select ONE winner per participating store (26 winners in total) for Radio Flyer All-Terrain Cargo Wagon. The estimated value of the prize is: $179.99

Restrictions:

a. The Wagon Giveaway is offered only at participating locations to legal residents of the United States who are age 18 years or older at time of entry. Cruizers workers and partners are not eligible to enter the Giveaway.
b. Entry period: Begins November 4, 2020 at 8:00 AM EST and ends December 10, 2020 at 11:59 PM EST.

This promotion is void where prohibited by law

In entering the Text-to-Win Giveaway, you grant Cruizers and their respective agents, officers, directors, shareholders, employees and representatives the right to edit, publish, copy, and display the use of your submission, and to further use your name and information in advertising and promotional materials without permission or compensation except where prohibited by law.

All the prize details are at the direction of Cruizers. All prizes are given “as is” with no warranty or guarantee. Besides at Cruizers’ discretion, there will be no substitutions or transfer of prizes. Nor will there be any cash substitutes except at Cruizers’ discretion.

All local, state, and federal taxes on the prizes and any other costs and expenses not explicitly stated as being awarded are at the responsibility of the Giveaway winner.

The chances of winning depend on the number of valid entries into the Giveaway. The estimated retail value of each prize is $179.99. In participating, each participant agrees to (1) abide by the rules and choices of Cruizers relating to the Giveaway; (2) to release and hold harmless Cruizers from any injuries, losses, and damages of any kind to people, including death, or property resulting, directly or indirectly from the participants entry in the Giveaway or the use misuse of any of awarded prize; and (3) to use of his/her submission, name, photograph/video, image and/or likeness for programming, advertising, publicity and promotions in any and all media, now or after, Worldwide and on the Internet, and in perpetuity by Cruizers and its designees, without compensation (unless prohibited by law) or any other consent from Entrant or third party without notice, approval, and to execute specific consent to such use if asked. Any submission allows Cruizers a right to publish, show, sell, advertise, and promote the entrant in a way that they see fit and (d) comply with terms and conditions of the Giveaway. Winning is dependent upon meeting requirements set forth in this section and in General rules.

A potential winner must respond to the notification within the timeframe stated in the notification and give their full name, age and mailing address. The failure of the potential winner to give this information within the timeframe will result in the forfeit of the prize. Except where prohibited, the potential winner must sign and return to Cruizers before receiving their prize a liability/publicity release in order to claim their prize. A failure to return the documents, or if prize is deemed undeliverable, will result in the Entrant being disqualified, and the prize may be awarded to an alternative winner in Cruizers’ discretion.

Cruizers is not responsible for any for either inaccurate or incorrect information, whether caused by site users, tampering, hacking, or by any equipment or programming associated with or utilized in the Giveaway. Cruizers is not responsible for injury or damage to the participants or to any persons computer related to or resulting from their participation of the Giveaway. Under sole discretion, Cruizers may disqualify anyone from participating or winning the prize (and void all associated entries) if it determines that such person is attempting to undermine the legitimacy of the Giveaway by cheating, deception or other unfair practices, or intending to annoy, abuse, threaten or harass any other Entrant or Cruizers representative(s).

Any attempt to deliberately damage the website or undermine the legitimate operation of the Giveaway may be in violation of criminal and civil laws and should an attempt be made, Cruizers reserves the right to seek damages and other remedies (including attorneys’ fees) from any such individual to the fullest extent of law, including criminal prosecution.

Cruizers reserves the right in its discretion to either cancel or suspend any portion of the Giveaway for any reason.
